Parking
Nakkertok South has a large parking lot.  A shuttle service offered by Otto’s Subaru will run between the upper and lower lots.  You are asked to respect all signage and instructions given by our parking lot volunteers.  We need to keep our emergency exit clear and provide appropriate parking for our dignitaries and para-nordic athletes. Thank you for your cooperation!

 

Food Service

Information about public food services is described here Canteen. There will also be fundraiser bake sales throughout the day. No credit or debit. Please note there is no potable water on-site. Please dispose of all waste in the appropriate bins.

 

First aid

Canadian Safety Patrol will be on-site if you require first aid.

 

Sponsor Booths, Spectator Area and On-site Information

Please visit our sponsors booths set up between the upper parking lot and the south side of the stadium area.

Please use our designated spectator areas and respect the instructions given by our volunteer marshalls. If you must cross a line track, please step over it to keep it in a good condition for our racers.  The main chalet and the south side of the stadium area is wheelchair accessible.

 

Please ask any of our volunteers wearing one of our event bibs for further information if required.

 

Alcohol and Tobacco

No alcohol is served on site.  We ask you to refrain from smoking on site.  Smoking is not permitted in any building. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash after you are sure they are completely out.

 

Weather

The following table shows weather data for the region in February.  Dress warmly.   There is minimal interior space for use by spectators.
